I finally went to a concert! It was amazing! I went to go see +The Neighbourhood play at the Fox Theater here in Oakland and it was a great experience. I totally loved the band; they played fantastically live. I didn't take my camera, but here are a few from my iPhone.

Since October is full of pumpkin patches, pumpkin spice lattes and scary ghouls, my sister and I went to fulfill one of or random items in our bucket list. And that was go into a corn maze. It was quite an experience. Don't know how I felt going around and around in the same spot... I did catch the moon though! So that was cool!

Anyone like the corn maze? Let me know of your experience.

#instameet

Went to an #instameet yesterday with a couple of friends. It was awesome! I met mew people and saw old friends. I had a full weekend, so in essence, my Monday isn't all that bad. Here's a few pictures, all taken with my iPhone 5s since I didn't take my camera. Has anyone else gone to an instameet before?

Hello, there here's another photography blog.

Hello, everyone! 

I'm excited to present to you my photo blog Instantdork. 

This is just a small taste of what I usually do. I dabble at different areas in photography. From food, to landscapes to portraits. I'm not in any way taught. The furthest I went into photography is a few weeks into a community college class and that was it. But I am hoping to change that this year. 

If you want to know more about me, you can read my introduction. But just briefly, my name is Susy, I am currently 25 and work at a high school. I am interested in perusing a degree in photography but more than anything I love to take pictures people will feel a connection to.
